Project Description
For decades, biological data has been generated faster than it can be systematically interpreted. It is stored in public databases, but never collated and interpreted systematically in context. Computational scale and recent developments in natural language processing have created an opportunity to bring this data together, enabling cross-cutting analyses with potentially transformative implications for biomedicine.
